Today, we want to introduce you our mold core for PIR Fresnel lens which Fresnel Factory manufactures these days. The mold of PIR Fresnel lens no. PD11-12010 is composed of 8 cores.
General plastic injection can shoot 500,000 times for each core but the core for optical products shall be scrapped with 300,000 shots due to the reason that if the core is shot more than 300,000 times, the quality of injection becomes worse with the high probability of defect rate.
Fresnel Factory produces lens with the new core by every 300,000 shots for the quality management of PIR Fresnel lens.
Recently the demand for the various type of PIR Fresnel lens matching to the design of the products. Nevertheless, this does not mean that the demand of existing PIR Fresnel lenses decrease. Traditional dome-shape Fresnel lenses are selling continuously with the verified performance and economic price.
